st, 1914, and you can get a plastic wallet card of a birth record (serves as a memento only) or a certified birth record copy from this office.
Requirements & Fees
Also be sure to include the full name of the person on the birth certificate (including maiden name), date of birth, city or town and county of birth, father’s and mother’s full names (including the mother’s maiden name), your relationship to the person on the birth certificate, and the reason you’re requesting a birth record.

Arkansas law does not permit the of release birth records that are less than 100 years old; however, if you are related to the person on the birth record or a member of the immediate family, you can receive a copy of the birth record immediately.
