Birth Records and Death Records

 

Birth records are private for 100 years and only the person on the record, immediate family and attorneys can view the information. They are $12. Death records are private for 50 years and the same people can view the information during this time; they are $10. Both fees are non-refundable.

Marriage and Divorce Records (Coupons)

 

The fee for a marriage or divorce coupon is $10 – these documents have the same legal weight as a marriage or divorce record.  If you have questions about the coupon program, call the department at (501) 661-2336 or (800) 637-9314.
